Sometimes companies use their numbers for promotional calls. When people report these calls as spam, the number can end up in our top spammers list.
If you use the Block Top Spammers feature, which automatically blocks spam numbers, your bank or insurance number could get blocked because it’s on that list.
To keep receiving calls from such numbers and keep using Block Top Spammers, add them to your White List.
